Recommended Essential Oils For March 2019

I am seeing a few clients already experiencing hay-fever symptoms so I can highly recommend the Tri-ease blend capsules for you. These contain Peppermint, Lavender and Lemon Essential Oil. The lemon detoxes the body, the Lavender calms the body and the Peppermint energises the body and helps with easy breathing. All these 3 oils are in a capsule for use 1-2 times per day depending on your symptoms. I recommend taking 2 per day for the first week to get the oils into your body and then just 1 per day thereafter. You can also use the oils in a diffuser for younger children with allergies and also animals that may suffer. A short u tube video for further information

Over the last 6 months I have had many incredible results with Copaiba Essential oil. This has supported so many ailments such as sleep, pain, stress, skin issues, calming, neurological issues to name a few. This oil is quite new to the UK and the results have been amazing. In the US it sold out in 5 days what doTERRA expected to sell in 6 months hence why we have been restricted to 1 bottle per month until this month. It is very easy to use either a drop to your water or a cup of tea, in a diffuser or even massaged onto your body. U Tube video for further information

Deep Blue is also a good oil/cream to have this month as we tend to get outside more and into working in our gardens, more golfers are taking to the golf course, the marathon season starts this month so highly recommend this oil in the cream form, did you know you can also get the sample box of 10 sachets to pop into your bag to make life that bit easier? This cream can be applied before you even head out of your front door to help warm up the muscles so that they don’t ache so much the next day!! You can also apply after you have finished your chosen activity to help ease the discomfort. Short u tube video

Another great oil is Citrus Bliss this is such a great uplifting and fresh smell to have in your diffuser during the day and early evening too. It’s a blend of citrus oils which include Wild Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Grapefruit Peel, Mandarin Peel, Bergamot Peel, Tangerine Peel, Clementine Peel and Vanilla Bean Absolute. It also has cleansing and purifying properties to the air all around you and can help to energise, refresh and lift your mood very quickly. If you haven’t tried it – its one to try.
