Winter Essential Oils

With the talk of cold, flu and other sickness going around our families, schools, work and everywhere it would seem, I wanted to share with you some winter blends to use and diffuse in your home, keeping it a healthy haven this Autumn and Winter.

Thankfully, essential oils can offer us some support and relief when it comes to cold and flu season. While there are SO many winter essential oil that can be used, really just a few oil powerhouses can have a major effect when you’re not quite feeling yourself and to speed up the healing process, or even help keep you from getting sick in the first place!
