February Recommended Essential Oils

Wow February already – and I would like to recommend the following oils to you this month:

February is also known for the month of LOVE!! So how about some Passion or Motivate !!

Still seems to be a great deal of viruses, coughs and colds around so keep taking the On Guard in one form or another whether it’s the oil in a diffuser or popping a softgel or beadlet on a daily basis. The On Guard is a blend of Cinnamon, Clove and Wild Orange – it is also called the Protective Blend as it supports the immune system and protects the whole body.

There is still a lot of coughs especially in young children and babies and I can’t recommend the Breathe Vapour Stick highly enough. It is a blend of Eucalyptus mixed with coconut oil and it can be rubbed onto the heels of the feet (add a pair of socks) and onto the chest area too – this opens up and clear the airways and just works like magic. For any sinus issues you can use Air Essential Oil.

The Flu bomb is also a recommendation to try, you can make your own or I can make them for you.

I would also like to recommend adding a drop of  lemon to your water first thing in the morning in warm water and also throughout the day in your glass of water. Lemon will wake up your entire body and leave you feeling refreshed and ready to go for the day ahead.

Slim/Smart & Sassy blend is also a recommendation for this month as it not only helps to curb cravings and manage your appetite, but also helps support a healthy metabolism when taken internally. The aromas of Grapefruit and Cinnamon, along with Lemon, Peppermint, and Ginger, are also uplifting and comforting. A few drops of Slim/Smart & Sassy in a glass of cold water can help you manage cravings and ease discomfort.
