Essential Oils for supporting MS

Over the last few years I have worked with an increasing number of clients that suffer from MS.

As you may be aware each person has different levels of symptoms at different stages.

These can be such issues as fatigue, sleep, relaxing, joint mobility, stress etc. these different stages come and go. These oils can really support the feeling of wellbeing and wellness.

My clients have found the oils to be really helpful at different times.

One thing I would like to confirm is that these oils are very pure and you only ever need 1 drop at a time. Please ensure you are being supported by someone that can be with you every step of the way.

For Pain:  Lavender, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Clary Sage, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Ginger or Black Pepper. This can be used by adding 1 drop to any body lotion or carrier oil and rubbing onto the area of concern or adding to the spine area.

For Stress:  Frankincense, Wild Orange, Bergamot, Grapefruit, Ylang Ylang, Sandalwood, Neroli,  Lavender,  Tangerine or Jasmine. You can add a drop to your wrists or the back of your neck or add a drop in the diffuser.

For Sleep:  Lavender, Serenity or Cedarwood. Add a drop to any cream and rub onto the heels of your feet before bed. You can add a drop to your wrists or the back of your neck 1 hour before sleep.
