The best essential oils for babies
You must be so careful when using oil on babies as their skin is so very delicate. I would always recommend doTERRA because of the purity of the oils, their sourcing methods and their testing procedures.
You should also take advice from an experienced doTERRA advocate. I have been using these oils with my 2 daughters for over 6 years and I have so much knowledge and experience to share with you.
As a baby there are not many oils you should use so here are my favourites:
Lavender for everything calming from a rash to support sleep. Simply add 1 drop to any moisture cream and rub onto the heels of the feet for sleep and onto location for any rash issues. You can also add a drop onto any cuddly toy for calming too.
Melaleuca (Tea Tree) for teething – this can be used on the outside of the mouth and will support teeth coming through. Mix 1 drop with carrier oil.
Vapour Stick – this is a great support for when they are congested and as a baby they can get congested on a regular basis. Simply rub this onto the chest area or onto the heels of the feet. Anybody at any age can use this as it so easy to use for all.
