Diverticulitis what is it and how do I get rid of it?

Another great question and 1 that I get asked on a regular basis.

What is it?

Diverticulitis is the inflammation of a diverticula (a small balloon like sac that sometimes forms along the wall of the large intestine, especially in older individuals), typically due to infection. It causes pain in the abdomen and tenderness on the lower left hand part of the stomach.

Oils to support

Over the years of working with these oils I have had a number of close friends and clients that have reached out for some help with this.
The oils that I have had some great results with are:

Zengest oil and softgels, Cinnamon and lavender.

How to use

Zengest capsules take 1 before each meal or 1 or 2 per day whatever helps you – everybody is different so find out what works for you with your lifestyle. With the oil you can add 1 drop of the oil into water and drink or add 1 drop to your hand and mix with some moisture cream or carrier oil such as coconut/grapeseed and rub onto your stomach area. Both Cinnamon and Lavender can be massaged on the same way as the ZenGest oil again before or after each meal.
